It's always been said that this is a "man's world." However, women are playing a more vital role in every aspect. As we celebrate Women's Heritage Month there is no role greater than that of a coach. Tucked away in her corner office Kim Ross-Watkins diligently works as Academic Counselor for the athletic department and assistant coach of the cheerleading team.
